Gang sheets are 22” Inches by 24” Inches. Please write any details needed IE size, quantity, color changes, background removal, etc. If no changes are specified here, items will be printed exactly as received. DO NOT MIRROR FILES. Editing may require additional fees which will be sent via an emailed invoice if necessary. Art must be high resolution (300DPI) and transparent (no background) and will be printed in the sizes set up in the gang sheet.

Indicate the amount of sheets needed below (EX: If you choose quantity between 24-99, please indicate the quantity needed printed between 24 sheets to 99 sheets.

  • Important to Know:

    Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers are full-color heat applied transfers for light and dark garments. No weeding or masking is required and DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, cotton/poly blends, and even 100% polyester. Simply press and go! All you need is a heat press!

    DO NOT MIRROR YOUR DESIGN!

    • Smooth finish, medium hand feel (not as soft as screen printed transfers)
    • 11″ x 15″ gang sheets.
    • Cold peel release transfer

  • Fabrics to use on:

    Suited for the following fabrics

    • 100% Cotton
    • Cotton/Poly blends
    • Polyester
    • Nylon
    • Lycra

  • Instructions:

    Must be applied with a heat press

    Prepress the garment to remove moisture and flatten the fiber

    • Temperature: (320°F)
    • Time: 10-15 seconds
    • Pressure: medium/firm (make sure to not scorch the fabric)
    • Transfer can be covered with a teflon or parchment paper to avoid garment scorching
    • After pressing, lay down flat to cool down. Peel cold.

  • Art Specs:

    Upload your designs in the following requirements

    • 300 dpi resolution
    • Transparent background
    • Make sure your designs are not pixelated. Bad input will result in a bad output.
    • Vector art is suggested.
    • Upload your designs in the exact color as they should be printed.
    • Accepted files : PDF
    • Printable area is 11″ x 15″.
    • For prepared gang sheets upload your sheet at 11″ x 15″
    • All colors are printed with the CMYK water based inks.
    • Some Pantone colors may not be printed exactly as expected.
    • Avoid this red RGB (255,0,0), will be printed as orange.
